Venue Styling


Your wedding should be unique to you and every aspect of it from save the date cards right through to the venue decoration will reflect your personality. We understand that it can sometimes be stressful trying to incorporate all of your ideas and sourcing a number of different suppliers to make you dream a reality.

Our team have a wealth of experience in venue styling. We have helped brides and grooms achieve the perfect ceremony, reception setting and evening décor with our relaxed, informal and professional approach to venue styling. We have a large number of venue styling items and venue styling contacts which means you only have to deal with one company to achieve your dream décor.

Venue styling at Perfect Day Chairs starts with a consultation in which Jenny will ask you to bring as many ideas, pictures, and fabric samples as possible. Jenny will then listen to your ideas and help you to start designing your wedding decoration by showing you products, fabric samples and pictures as well as having an in depth chat about your venue the layout, and running schedule of the day.

After your consultation Jenny will put together a personalised quote based on your consultation and include any pictures of products chosen.

Once you are happy with your quote a deposit invoice, copy of our terms and conditions and booking details will be sent to you. The final balance of your venue decoration is due four weeks before your wedding, however should you wish to pay in instalments then this is also possible.

Twelve weeks before your wedding Jenny will contact you and arrange a final consultation to discuss all of your final details in person and make any necessary changes.

Four weeks before your wedding Jenny will send out your final invoice with all of your final details.

One week before the wedding Jenny will confirm the delivery, set up, and collection arrangements with your venue and check with you there are no last minute changes.
