As if running a successful chair cover and wedding decoration business isn’t enough. The driving force behind Perfect Day Chairs has many other talents… one of which is having a dab hand for making and decorating cakes. Jenny has been honing her skills for the last few years and the hard work is starting to pay off as this weekend her work was on display at Cake International and seen by thousands of people!

Jenny’s ultimate goal is to start up a sister company Perfect Day Cakes and offer a full wedding decoration service. Judging by the standard of her work twinned with Jenny’s desire to succeed we are all sure here at Perfect Day Chairs that these are the first steps to yet another successful venture and another way to help make weddings perfect!

I’ve just finished playing with some photos from a recent wedding we dressed at Eastwood Hall (they were a bit dark… never trust someone else with your camera!) and I’ve uploaded them to the site.

You can find them in the wedding gallery under Eastwood Hall, we have dressed the chairs with cotton covers and a purple sash with a diamanté buckle as decoration. For the table centrepiece we have used the martini glass centrepiece with roseheads and sparkles.

As promised I have uploaded some more images to our site!

This latest gallery can be found here  is from a recent wedding we dressed at The Cutlers Hall who we are proud to be an approved supplier for. We have used spandex covers with royal blue organza sashes and table runners. The table centrepiece is our Martini Glass with a rosehead and matching blue decoration.

I have 3 or 4 more to upload I am just making some finishing touches to the images so check back soon.

As always we are all very busy at Perfect Day Chairs team, as I type… half the team are dressing a wedding at Bestwood Lodge for an autumnal theme wedding (I had a sneak peak at the centrepieces last night they look great!) and I am at home faffing with the website and doing some behind the scenes work.

I wanted to warn everyone that if you see me and think to yourself: “What a scruffy bloke that Jenny is married too” its all in aid of Movember! For those unaware of Movember you can find out more here. Having never grown a moustache (partially through choice mostly through incapability!) I thought that this year I would give it a go! If it is not too embarrassing I may even post a few pics of the progress.

Last week I promised some new content to be uploaded to the site. I am going to wait for the pictures from today and then add new galleries to the site, either later on or tomorrow! So check back soon… Or as always I will post it on our social networks!
