Perfect Day Chairs are happy to announce that we are an approved supplier of Cutlers’ Hall.
  • Hodsock Priory- Nottingham – Hodsock Priory is a historic country house set in 800 acres of countryside on the border of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. We’ve restored our family home to become an exclusive, luxury wedding, conference and event venue.

  • Bold Beetle Hire – We aim to provide a quirky slant on your wedding car for your big day. The VW Beetle is an icon in the motoring world, having been in production since 1935. We believe that this historic vehicle makes the perfect wedding car for any wedding style or location.

  • Lucy G Photography – Lucy is an experience wedding photographer, her style is influenced by her love of fashion photography, when she is not photographing weddings she is working with up and coming designers and models. On your wedding day Lucy will record your day not only from a photojournalistic point of view, but also with a fashion orientated flare.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What payments do you accept?

    We currently accept cash, cheque and bank transfer.

  • When do you need my final numbers and final payment

    Final numbers and payment are required 28 days prior to your event.

  • Can I amend my order after booking?

    Yes you can make changes to your order up to 28 days prior to the event date.

  • How do I book?

    Once you have checked availability with us we will send you a booking form or meet with you at your venue to finalise details. Once the booking form has been completed we will require a £50 deposit to secure your date and will then send you a booking conformation form after we have received the deposit.

  • Do I need to know my exact numbers when booking?

    No, just a rough estimate is required when booking unless your order is for a date less than 28 days away.

  • When should I book?

    We take bookings up to three years in advance. The popular dates do book up quickly so to avoid disappointment you should book as soon as you have made a decision.

  • Do we need to do anything with the chair covers the next day?

    Nothing at all! We will liaise with your venue and collect everything the day after your event.

  • Do you leave spare chairs covers at the venue and is there a charge?

    From time to time we understand accidents occur in setting up your chosen venue after we leave, for this reason we leave a minimum of five seat covers and sashes with your venue to ensure your venue looks stunning when you arrive. These seat covers and sashes are free of charge!

  • I’m not sure of the dimensions of the chairs at our venue will your covers fit?

    This is not a problem, we have a wide range of chair cover sizes. We will book a free consultation with you at your venue to discuss your requirements and will check the chair size at the same to ensure you chose a style which fits your venue.

  • Do you do any packages or discounts?

    We have a number of different packages based on a range of budgets and also create bespoke packages based on customers’ individual needs. We also offer a 10% discount on products and services for weddings taking place between October 1st – March 31st (excluding Christmas, New year and Valentines day which will be full price). Christmas (24th, 25th and 26th ) and New year (31st and 1st ) will incur an extra charge.

  • I was very happy with the quality of service from Perfect Day chairs. From the start everyone was very friendly and helpful.  I know my step-daughter will reiterate this. On the evening before the wedding there was a lovely atmosphere as we all worked to create a beautiful room for the wedding which was greatly admired by both the staff at the Grange and wedding guests. The bride and groom were very pleased.

    A wedding day is a day to remember and Perfect Day Chairs played a big part in helping to make Ray and Georgina’s day certainly one to remember. The day was beautiful  weather wise, the ambiance friendly and relaxed and the room was lifted by the presence of the chair covers which enhanced the table decorations. When I visited afterwards I met a couple that I knew, who were looking at the Grange for a venue for their wedding. They had visited on the day of our wedding and commented on how lovely the room looked , citing the chairs in particular. (gave them your name!)

About Perfect Day

Perfect Day Chairs is a family run wedding venue decoration and chair cover hire business stemmed from newlyweds Jenny and Daniel Casey’s wedding. Jenny and Daniel realised the potential of making their wedding day perfect by decorating the wedding reception venue with themed and colour co-ordinated chair covers, magnificent table centrepieces and favour boxes. They were unsure which chair cover hire company / wedding venue decoration company to use so Jenny and Daniel decided to decorate their own wedding.

The wedding was a massive success and they transformed their reception venue at Ringwood Hall in Chesterfield into an elegant and stylish setting for the wedding breakfast. Jenny and Daniel had so many compliments on the attention to detail and the consistent theme from sash colour to favour boxes that they decided they would pass on their experience. A year later with the help of Jenny’s parents Anne and Brian Perfect Day Chairs was born, primarily as a chair cover and sash hire business in the Derbyshire and Sheffield area.

Perfect Day Chairs has grown and evolved into a full venue styling service with a vast array of products and really utilising Jenny and Daniel’s eye for detail by offering a range of chair covers (cotton, silk, spandex or patterned) in a range of sizes with organza, silk or taffeta sashes, table runners, table centrepieces, table petals or crystals, favour boxes and other luxuries like candelabra and twinkle / starlight backdrops.

Because of the experience of its founders Perfect Day Chairs fully understands the time and effort that can be consumed by trawling through countless directories and chair cover hire / wedding venue decoration websites looking for the best price and the best products. That’s why Perfect Day Chairs has devised wedding venue decoration packages to match your needs: from just chair cover and sash hire to the Perfect Day Package – a complete wedding venue decoration service which includes chair covers table runners, table mirrors, centrepieces of your choice, silk table flowers or table crystals, favour boxes, disposable cameras, bay trees, and a framed table plan. These packages are designed to match different requirements and different budgets and are based on a price per guest principle so you can easily calculate the price of your investment. If the packages do not meet your requirements we can also create bespoke packages aimed to give you exactly what you want for your wedding / event.
