What happens if I cancel my order or need to change the date?

All cancelations need to be made in writing and payment for any cancelation charges incurred should be paid at the time of cancelation. You may change the date of your event once, however this is subject to availability and any deposits made are non-refundable if we cannot accommodate your new chosen date.

Are there any other charges such as delivery, minimum order, cancelation charges or damages?

Perfect Day Chairs offer products and services with free set up, delivery and collection for total orders in excess of £100 in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire. This includes the major cities / towns such as Sheffield, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Nottingham, Derby, Rotherham and the surrounding areas. If your event is outside these areas there may be a delivery charge depending on the size of order placed.

We have no minimum order value however for orders under £100 a delivery charge will be added based on the location of your venue.

As your chair covers and other decorative items are reserved solely for you and certain components maybe ordered months in advance, the following cancelation charges will apply:

  • 5-6 months from the event date: 25% of the total cost will be payable</li>
  • 2-4 months from the event date:50% of the total cost will be payable</li>

If any of our products are missing or irreversibly damaged (e.g. rips, cigarette burns, excessive food and drink stains etc) then a replacement invoice will be sent out seven days after your event and will need to be paid no less than 28 days after your event.

Does your price include dressing the chairs on our chosen date?

Yes our price does include delivery, set up and collection!

Can I have more than one coloured sash?

Yes you can. We can either decorate alternative chairs in different coloured sashes or we can decorate each chair with two sashes. Should you require two sashes per chair this will incur an extra 50p charge per chair for silk and organza sashes, taffeta sashes will incur an extra £1.00 per chair.

What chair colours and sash colours are available?

Our most popular chair covers are available in white, ivory or black. Our organza, silk and taffeta sashes are available in the following colours: Apple Green, Black, Light Blue, Burgundy, Chocolate, Hot Pink (Fuchsia), Gold, Hunter Green, Ivory, Lavender, Mauve, Navy Blue, Coral, Peach, Periwinkle, Pink, Cadbury purple, Purple, Red, Royal Blue, Silver, Turquoise, White, Willow, Baby Maize, Sage Green, Champagne and yellow. Should you require another colour please get in touch as we are constantly adding to our colour range
